Electronics addition, and the like, is a relatively new concept in the mental health and recovery fields. The treatment process begins with a thorough evaluation out of which we will the formulate a comprehensive treatment plan. I encourage patients to involve others in their treatment to better hold themselves accountable in their daily lives. I use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, ego psychology, and psychodynamics in both individual and family/relationship therapy. I try my best to take a holistic approach rather than relying on the traditional “medical model” to better ensure long-term success.
