A brief overview of my work experience:

Present positions:
– Psychotherapist in private practice providing services to adults, children/tweens/teens, families and couples
– Independent consultant providing non-clinical services including, but not limited to, healthcare practice start-up and operations, auditing and quality assurance, as well as evaluations and expert testimony

Past positions:

– Director of Assertive Community Treatment, providing mental health services to adults with a SPMI diagnosis
– Behavioral Health Specialist in a primary care medical setting providing mental health evaluations and psychotherapy to adults, many within the LGBTQ communities, chronic illnesses, and HIV/AIDS
– Clinical Quality Improvement Auditor at an Article 31 Mental Health Clinic
– Practitioner in 3 mental health Continuing Day Treatment and PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) programs working with adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses, in addition to providing administrative and clinical supervision to graduate student interns
– Family Social Worker in Preventative Family Services providing clinical counseling and clinical case management to families and children/tweens/teens
– Research Project Manager at a research firm working on numerous studies focusing on items such as religion, family life, military, law enforcement, transportation, finance, and political polling

Past internships:
– Providing psychotherapy at a large university student health and counseling center in addition to outreach work regarding eating disorders and dating violence
– Providing psychotherapy to adults with a serious and persistent mental illness in a PROS program
– Providing psychotherapy to teens with a serious and persistent mental illness and/or conduct disorder in a state hospital day treatment program
– Assistant to research project director working on studies including transportation and law enforcement
