Young adults face many stressors, issues, and changes both in their life at present and in their futures. Many experience a time sometimes referred to as “The Quarter Life Crisis” where people sometimes reports feelings of being lost, not knowing their purpose in life, or wanting to change careers. Sometimes feelings of depression and anxiety can accompany this time. It is a period of time where many people are re-finding themselves. Psychotherapy can help to clarify values and goals, in addition to reformulate the direction we are heading in.
